Everyone cares about the service life of floor paint. How long it can be used actually depends on you. It depends on what kind of epoxy floor paint you make. For example, flat coated epoxy floor paint is generally 0.5-0.8mm and the service life is 5-8 years; Epoxy mortar floor paint, generally 1-5mm, with a service life of 8-10 years; Epoxy self flowing flat floor paint is generally 1-5mm and has a service life of 10-15 years. How to maintain epoxy floor
a. During the curing period of epoxy floor paint, no personnel and equipment are allowed to enter, and rain proof, waterproof and other measures shall be taken. The curing period is generally at least 7 days, and can be put into use only after reaching the curing period.
b. Generally, the epoxy floor structure is completely stable after 7 days (temperature 25 ℃) to achieve ideal physical and chemical properties.
c. Epoxy floor paint needs to be kept clean and sanitary frequently. It is recommended to replace soft soled shoes (such as rubber shoes) when entering the floor. If there are sand dust particles and broken particles of hard materials, they should be cleaned in time to prevent hard and sharp objects from directly rubbing the ground, so as to avoid sliding the floor after rolling. Personnel coming in from the outside should not bring sand dust, Different forklifts are used for internal and external occasions.
d. Hard heavy objects must be handled with care to prevent overweight machines and objects from directly impacting the floor paint and sharp objects from scratching.
e. General floor cleaning and maintenance methods can be used for cleaning and maintenance, and soft mop and rag can be used for daily cleaning.
