This routine maintenance is completed independently by the manipulator.

Then, for some coating equipment that can be maintained regularly, that is, those that can be maintained regularly according to the maintenance requirements of various mechanical equipment, after reaching the specified working hours or specified mileage, they must be maintained regularly. The regular maintenance is divided into: Level I maintenance: the key work content is lubrication Fasten and check all relevant parts and clean the "three filters" (i.e. clean the maintenance of air, engine oil, fuel filter, etc.). Secondary maintenance: focusing on inspection and adjustment. The specific content is to check the working conditions of engine, clutch, transmission, transmission mechanism, steering and braking mechanism, working device, hydraulic system and electrical system, and make necessary adjustments to eliminate the faults found, so as to ensure the good working performance of mechanical assemblies and parts. Three level maintenance: the focus is to detect, adjust, eliminate hidden troubles and balance the wear degree of each part. The parts that affect the service performance and the parts with fault symptoms shall be diagnosed, inspected and tested, and then the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting shall be completed.

Generally, the running in maintenance must be carried out for new machines or machines after overhaul during the running in period. When the machine is used within the specified running in period, it is necessary to increase the load and speed step by step according to the corresponding procedures, comprehensively check the lubrication and fastening, observe the conditions of all parts of the whole machine, and solve the abnormalities in time. The focus of running in maintenance is to replace the lubricating oil of each part, lubricate each part and fasten each bolt. A secondary maintenance shall be carried out after the running in period.

The machinery shall be maintained once a year before summer or winter. The focus is on the fuel lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system. The following work shall be done according to the actual situation: replacing fuel and lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, adjusting the relative density of battery electrolyte, taking cold proof or cooling measures, cleaning the cooling system, etc.

When the mechanical equipment needs to be stopped for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter break), it shall be stopped for maintenance. Mainly do a good job in cleaning, cosmetic surgery, supporting and anti-corrosion.

The production department shall make corresponding maintenance plans according to the use plans of various coating equipment, and require all mechanical operators to implement them carefully, so as to ensure the maintenance of each coating machinery and improve the coating output.
